The clinic is located at 18 Barrel Yards Boulevard, Suite 3, Waterloo, ON N2L 0G1. The closest intersection is Erb St. and Father David Bauer Dr. It is at the bottom of the tall condominium buildings that you will see facing Waterloo Park. The GPS will route you here no problem, for optimal parking please see next question.
Street parking is located right outside of the clinic.
If you are coming from Erb St., continue straight until you are passing the two tall condominium buildings as well as the clinic on your left hand side. You will see many locations for street parking on the left, this is where parking will be most convenient. Due to the median in the road, you will just have to make a U-turn at the earliest opportunity.
Modern Healing Chiropractic is striving to be as paperless as possible. Intake forms will be provided to you by e-mail prior to your first appointment.
No problem, please show up to your appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill them out in house. Our friendly Chiropractor can help guide you through the forms.
Initial patient intake appointments are booked for 45 minutes in length. This allows me to obtain a thorough health history, complete a physical exam, communicate a diagnosis, discuss an ideal treatment plan, answer questions, review the consent form and provide treatment.
Please be aware that in some instances, treatment may not be able to be provided during this initial appointment. Your health is my upmost priority and treatment won’t be delivered if there are aspects of the intake that haven’t been adequately completed (ie X-rays, etc).
Yes! Direct billing is offered. We also accept cash, credit card, debit and cheques as forms of payment.
